What is a fiduciary and are your advisors fiduciaries?

Bear with us as we give you a legal explanation, but this is very important.  A fiduciary has the power and responsibility of acting for another in situations requiring trust, good faith and honesty.  A fiduciary duty is the highest standard of care and by law it requires always acting in your clients’ best interest.
